
Business AnalystJob Role– Coordinate with product owner and business to understand business requirement.– Take high-level objectives and convert the same into detailed functional / non-functional requirements and user stories.– Identify, analyze, and document client requirements.– Maintain versioned requirement / technical documents with the latest updates.– Understand the financial, product, market, operational aspects and engage in research to assist in managing business priorities and driving required improvements.– Maintain confidential information.– Perform Risk Analysis to understand uncertain events and circumstances that can have negative impacts on the project– Understand and communicate the financial and operational impact of any changes.– Handle various corporate and client projects within the defined deadlines.Qualifications & Experience– A Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, or an equivalent qualification– A minimum of 2 years of work experience in Business Analysis– Proven experience on Requirement Elicitation, System Analysis, System Design and Documentation.– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills– Multi-tasking ability and work concurrently on multiple projects.– Experience in agile based development practices covering product owner role.– Strong analytical skills including the understanding of business requirements and transfer into operational requirements.
