Senior Engineer – Performance TestingJob Summary:We are looking for a Senior Performance Test Engineer to ensure the scalability, reliability, and efficiency of our applications. The ideal candidate will design, execute, and analyze performance tests, identify bottlenecks, and collaborate with development teams to optimize system performance.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and execute performance test plans and scripts.Identify performance bottlenecks and work with development teams to resolve issues.Analyze test results and provide detailed performance reports and recommendations.Develop and maintain performance testing frameworks and tools.Monitor system performance and implement improvements to ensure stability and scalability.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand performance requirements.Provide guidance and mentorship to junior testers and engineers.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.5+ years of experience in performance testing and engineering.Strong understanding of performance testing methodologies and tools.Proficiency in programming and scripting languages (Java, Python, JavaScript).Experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner or similar.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
