Quality Assurance EngineerWe are seeking a QA Engineer with more than 2 years of experience, who would possess below Qualifications and will engage in following Responsibilities.Responsibilities:– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and design test strategies.– Define test scope, objectives, and success criteria for each testing phase.– Identify and prioritize test cases based on business impact and risk assessment.– Execute manual and automated test cases to validate the functionality, performance, and usability of software applications.– Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing to ensure product stability.– Identify defects, track issues, and work closely with development teams to troubleshoot and resolve problems.– Analyze test results, providing clear and concise reports to stakeholders.– Document and communicate issues, bugs, and enhancement suggestions with appropriate level of detail.– Collaborate with developers and product managers to reproduce, debug, and resolve reported issues.– Effectively communicate testing progress, results, and issues to team members and stakeholders.– Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes, methodologies, and tools.– Provide feedback on user experience and suggest improvements to enhance product quality.– Create and maintain test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test scripts.– Document and share knowledge about testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.– Mentor junior team members and train new joiners.Qualifications:– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience).– Proven experience as a QA Engineer or similar role for more than 2 years.– Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.– Proven experience in performance and automated testing is a plus.– Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript) for test automation is a plus.– Experience with test automation frameworks and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Selenium, Jenkins, etc.) is a plus.– Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira).– Highly motivated, detail-oriented and self-organized with strong technical background.– Excellent problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail, and a passion for delivering high-quality software.– Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.– ISTQB or other relevant certifications are a plus.
