Lead – Business AnalystResponsibilities:Business analysis core responsibilitiesResponsible for the entire requirements management process within a project(s) Ownership of BA processDetailed understanding of the overall scope of the project and managing scope related changes effectivelyResponsible to provide estimates for requirements elicitation, documentation and review activitiesReview of documentation for consistency and accuracyManaging the on-boarding/roll-off activities for Business Analyst resources who join or leave the project teamResponsible for coordinating junior Business Analyst members on projectsStrike a good balance between setting the BA team up for ultimate success from a project executionstandpoint whilst ensuring that each Business Analyst has the opportunity to grow as individuals on the projectAbility to take up a mentoring role to assist SBA and below positions to groom up while constantly monitoring the progress.Qualifications:4 to 6-year(s) experience in software Business Analysis.Experience in the relevant business areas and domains are preferred.Good interviewing, elicitation, communication, presentation, writing and problem-solving skills.Good understanding of the business processes and basic knowledge on the development and modelling tools.Ability to formulate research and analysis studies, plan and reports analyze alternatives and use appropriate support and /or illustrative software.Good understanding on Scrum and Agile practices.Good understanding on leadership, supervisory and managerial responsibilities in terms of leading complex projects with senior management reporting.
